| 摘 要： | 目的 分析我院呼吸科收治的社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患者入院前抗菌药物应用情况。方法采用回顾性调查方法。结果CAP初始治疗抗菌药物的应用存在以下问题：①药物选择不合理；②药物用法及用量不规范；③抗菌药物的联合应用较混乱。结论不同医院、不同科室的医师治疗CAP的水平参差不齐，CAP指南有待进一步推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the application of antibacterial drugs in patients with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). Methods The data were analyzed by retrospective investigation. Results The initial antibacterial treatment of CAP existed the following problems .(①)irrational drug choice; (②)non-standard usage and dosage of drug; (③)mixed combination application of antibacterial drugs. Conclusions The CAP treatment levels of doctors in different hospitals, different sections are various. CAP guidelines need to be further promoted. |
