红细胞体积分布宽度与急性心肌梗死患者预后关系的探讨

摘    要:
目的探讨红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者预后判断的价值。方法选取AMI患者215例,180例健康体检者作为对照组。采用全自动血细胞分析仪检测红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、白细胞计数(WBC),及检测肌酐(Cr)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平。结果 AMI患者RDW明显高于对照组(P<0.01),两组间Hb、WBC、Cr、TG差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AMI患者按照RDW四分位数分为4组,单因素分析显示年龄、预后不良比例随着RDW的逐级增高而增高(P<0.01或P<0.05),Hb随着RDW的逐级增高而降低(P<0.05)。但性别比例、WBC、Cr、TG在RDW各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随心功能分级恶化,RDW呈升高趋势。结论 RDW有助于判断AMI患者的预后,RDW升高,预后不良。
