儿童髁突骨折数字模拟的临床应用

摘    要:
目的建立儿童期髁突骨折数字化三维影像,探讨其在临床中的应用。方法采用CT获得儿童髁突骨折影像资料,利用Mimics 10.1软件进行髁突及骨折游离段的三维重建,建立下颌骨、髁突及游离段的三维数字模型。根据此模型分析诊断并设计治疗方案或手术计划、模拟手术。结果在三维方向上真实再现了髁突及骨折游离段的解剖形态,精确显示骨折类型及游离段与髁突的位置关系,为髁突骨折的诊断与治疗、治疗设计及具体的手术过程等提供准确依据。结论采用软件重建方法获得的三维数字影像,为儿童期髁突骨折的影像诊断及手术设计等提供了依据,具有一定的临床应用前景。

Abstract:
Objective To establish digital three-dimensional models of childhood condylar fractures,investigate its ap- plication in clinic.Methods CT was used to get children condylar fracture image data,then the Mimics 10.1 software was used for three-dimensional reconstruction models of the mandible,the condylar and free segment of the fractures. According to this model,a treatment program or surgical planning was diagnosed and designed.Results In three dimen- sions,the models displayed the anatomy of condylar fracture accurately,showed the type of fracture and the relationship between free segment and condylar position,provided accurate basis for the diagnosis and treatment of condylar fracture. Conclusion Using the software reconstruction method can obtain three-dimensional digital models,the model has a po- tential significance in diagnosis and treatment for clinical application.
