妊娠期高血压疾病对孕妇焦虑情绪和认知功能的影响

目的观察妊娠期高血压疾病对孕妇焦虑情绪和认知功能的影响。方法选择52例妊娠期高血压疾病的孕妇（观察组）和52例正常孕妇（对照组），采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和简易精神状态量表（M~SE）分别测定其焦虑情绪和认知功能。结果观察组焦虑评分（SAS）明显高于对照组（P〈O．05）；认知功能中记忆力、注意力及计算力、回忆能力的评分低于对照组（P〈0．05），定向力、语言能力与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者存在焦虑情绪障碍和认知功能减退。

The influence of gestational hypertension disease in pregnant women on anxiety and cognitive function

Objective To observe the influence of gestational hypertension disease in pregnant women on anxiety and cognitive function. Methods The self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and the mini-mental state examination （MMSE） were used to determine the anxiety and cognitive function in 52 cases of pregnant women with gestational hypertension dis- ease （observation group） and 52 cases of normal pregnant women （control group）. Results In the observation group,the anxiety scores was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）,the scores of the memory,attention and calculation,recall in cognitive function were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The scores of the orientation and language ability in cognitive function were no significant difference between the observation group and the control group. Conclusion The pregnant women with gestational hypertension disease have anxiety disorder and cognitive im- pairment.
