蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果分析

目的分析蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法将150例新生儿黄疸患者分为两组,对照组74例给予常规治疗,治疗组76例于常规治疗的基础上给予蓝光治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率为97.37%,不良反应发生率为11.84%,对照组总有效率为72.97%,不良反应发生率为12.16%。两组间总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组间不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸效果明显,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy analysis of blue light in treatment of neonatal jaundice

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of blue light in treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 150 cases with neonatal jaundice were divided into two groups.The control group for 74 cases was received conventional treatment,and the treatment group for 76 cases was treated with blue light based on conventional treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.37%,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was l l.84%;the total effective rate of the control group was 72.97%,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 12.16%.The differ- ence of total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the difference of adverse re- actions between two groups was no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of blue light in treatment of neonatal jaundice is evident,and with less adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
