| 摘 要： | 目的:观察脑室-腹腔分流术在治疗小儿脑积水中的效果,探讨减少并发症的有效措施。方法:对在我院1995年至2004年行脑室-腹腔分流术患儿的诊治进行分析。结果:本组中有3例分流管阻塞,均在术后2月内发生;8例在术后1周内出现不同程度的腹痛、腹胀,部分出现呕吐恶心,经过对症处理后全部痊愈;无死亡病例。结论:脑室-腹腔分流术是治疗小儿脑积水的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: Observe the therapeutical effect of ventriculoperitoneal shunting for 37 cases children Hydrocephali so as to search the method of reducing complications.Method: Analyze the diagnosis and treatment of ventriculoperitoneal shunting in 37 cases children Hydrocephali in our hospital from 1995 to 2004.Result: 2 cases had tube obstruction 2 months after operation;8 cases had mild bellyache 1 week after operation;None died.All patients recovered successfully.Conclusion: Ventriculoperitoneal shunting is one of effectively therapeutical methods for children Hydrocephal. |
