| 摘 要： | 目的探讨延期妊娠对胎儿的危害及临床处理措施。方法分析156例延期妊娠的临床资料。结果延期妊娠可使胎儿宫内窘迫、羊水过少、羊水粪染、脐带缠绕、手术产等发生率增高。结论延期妊娠时胎盘功能逐渐降低、胎儿高危程度逐渐增加，故产前、产时应严密监护及时处理，以确保母婴安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the damage of delayed gestation to fetus and its clinical treatment.Methods Clinical data of 156 cases of delayed gestation were reviewed and analyzed.Results Delayed gestation results in the increase of fetal distress,olygohydramnios,meconium amniotie fluid,cord entanglement and cesarean section.Conclusion Placental function decreased while risks for fetus increased as the gestation delayed.Therefore,to ensure the safety of mother and child,delayed gestation should be closely monitored and promptly dealt with. |
