| 摘 要： | 目的 观察研究菏泽市ABO、RhD(-)血型分布特征。结果 24286例首次自愿无偿献血者ABO血型分布大致为A型占0.2659,B型占0.3235,O型占0.3271,AB型占0.0835;检出稀有B亚型3例,抗-M抗体两例;检出RhD(-)血型献血者102名,阴性率为0.42％,抗体筛选均阴性。结论 菏泽市ABO、RhD(-)血型人群分布与相关文献报道的比例有一定差异,RhD(-)血型自愿无偿献血者检测结果与相关文献基本一致。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the distribution of ABO and RhD( - ) blood type in Heze city. Methods Several ways were used to detecte the two projects in serum. Results There is 26.59 percent of A,32.35 percent of B,32.71 percent of 0 and 8.35 percent of AB in 24286 people . Result There is deffrence of the distribution of blood type in Heze comparing with the ralation reports. |
