彩色多普勒超声在髂股静脉血栓诊治中的价值

目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）在诊断髂股静脉血栓中的价值.方法 对我院40例行X线造影确诊的髂股静脉血栓患者,在溶栓内科疗法前后进行CDFI检查,通过观察血流方向、血流通畅情况、血流频谱及速度,通过呼吸运动变化了解静脉情况及血栓变化.结果 40例患者治疗前与静脉造影比较,CDFI对髂股静脉血栓的检出符合率为98%;治疗后CDFI发现36例患者血栓变小;且随着静脉血栓病程长短不同,血管再通和管壁周围情况各异.结论 彩色多普勒显像作为无创性诊断髂股静脉血栓形成的方法,不仅可以早期发现、及时诊断血栓形成,还可以观察血栓治疗过程和评价疗效.

Value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ilio-femoral venous thrombosis

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ilio-femoral venous thrombosis. Methods Forty patients with ilio-femoral venous thrombosis confirmed by venography were enrolled in this study, then CDFI imaging was performed before and after thrombolytic therapy. The blood flow direction, situation, spectrum, velocity and respiratory movement were observed, and the vein situation and thrombus changes were obtained. Results Compared to the venography before thrombolytic therapy, the detection rate of CDFI was 98% , after treatment, thrombosis of 36 cases were found smaller with CDFI, and with differenct disease course, the vascular recanalization and vessels surrounding situation was different. Conclusion Color Doppler flow imaging is a non-invasive method for early and timely diagnosis of ilio-femoral venous thrombosis, it could observe and evaluate the efficacy of treatment accurately.
