血液流变学检测对缺血性脑卒中防治的价值

目的　研究血液流变学方法指导防治缺血性脑卒中的效果。方法　通过对 2 0 0 0例中老年人血液流变学的检测 ,利用其指导防治缺血性脑卒中效果进行总结分析。结果　 1313例有症状者、2 99例有病史者、388例无症状者血液流变学五项指标平均增高分别为 6 0 1%、70 5 %、32 7%。有脑栓塞、脑梗死病史180例 ,经治 113例 ,未治 6 7例 ,3年复发率分别为 14 2 %和 6 4 2 %。 1313例有症状者 ,血液流变学检测血黏度增高者 84 5例 ,经治 70 8例 ,未治 137例 ,2年内发病率分别为 3 0 %、2 1 2 %。结论　中老年人血液流变学诸指标增高率较高 ,尤其是有症状和病史者 ,运用血液流变学方法指导防治缺血性脑卒中效果较好。

Evaluation on the value of hemorrheololgy measurement for preventing and treating ischemic stroke in middle-and elderly people

Objective To evaluation the value of hemorrheology measurement for directing the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods Hemorrheology indexes were determined in 2000 middle- and elderly people,then their results of directing ischemic stroke prevention and treatment were summaried and analysed.Results The raised rates of five kinds of hemorrheology indexes in 1313 people with symptoms,299 patients with ischemic stroke history and 388 people without symptom were 60.1%,70.5% and 32.7%,respectively.Among 180 patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral embolism,recurrent rates of ischemic stroke after three years in therapy group(n=113) and non-therapy group(n=137) were 14.2% and 64.2%.Among 1313 patients who had symptoms of ischemic stroke,845 patients had abnormal hypercoagulable.Of them,708 cases were treated by anticoagulation,but 137 patients did not give any treatment,their incidence rates of ischemic stroke after two years were 3.0% and 21.2%,respectively.Conclusion The incidence rate of abnormal hemorrheology is higher in middle- and elderly people,especial in patients with symptoms of ischemic stroke or ischemic stroke history.Hemorrheology measurement has value in some extent for directing the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.
