新生儿操作性疼痛的护理干预研究

目的：探讨护理干预方法对新生儿操作性疼痛刺激反应的效果,为新生儿疼痛护理提供依据。方法：将120例新生儿随机分为对照组和干预组各60例,选用新生儿疼痛评分量表（N-PASS）进行评分,比较两组疼痛刺激后1min和5min的疼痛评分。结果：干预组的疼痛评分在刺激后1、5min均明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：新生儿对疼痛刺激敏感,应重视应用护理干预方法对新生儿疼痛进行有效、及时的干预和处理,减少疼痛所致的不良后果。

Research of nursing intervention on procedural pain of neonatal infants

Objective：To explore nursing interventions effect of procedural pain of neonatal infants,provide data for procedural pain＇s nursing of neonatal infants.Methods：120 cases of neonatal infants were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,respectively 60 cases,with N-PASS measuring scale for the neonatal infants,then compared pain score in 1 min and 5 min after pain stimulus.Results：Pain scores of the intervention group in 1 min and 5 min after pain stimulus were much lower than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Neonatal infants were sensitive to pain stimulus.We should think highly of procedural pain＇s nursing of neonatal infants effectively and timely,to avoid cacoethic consequence caused by procedural pain.
