| 摘 要： | [目的 ]探讨笑气吸入用于分娩镇痛的临床效果 .[方法 ]将笑气吸入组的 5 8例作为观察组 ,未吸入组 5 8例作为对照组 ,比较两组的产痛程度、产程、分娩方式及新生儿Apgar评分 .[结果 ]观察组的疼痛强度低于对照组 ,两组间有非常显著性差异 ,观察组的活跃期短于对照组 ,两组间亦有显著性差异 .[结论 ]笑气吸入可有效地缓解分娩疼痛 ,缩短活跃期 ,安全 ,方便 . |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinical effects of nitrous oxide for labor analgesia.?METHODS?The 58 cases of pregnant women provided with nitrous oxide were as the control group, another 58 cases were as the comparison group, and it was observed and compared between two groups that the degree of labor pain, duration of the labor, way of delivery and the Apgar score of newborn.?RESULTS?The degree of birth pangs in the control group was much lower than that in the comparison group and the duration of the second stage of labor in the control group was shorter than that in comparison group.?CONCLUSION?The inhalation of nitrous oxide for relaxing the birth pangs is a effective, safe and easy method. |
