| 摘 要： | 目的：综述了超临界CO2萃取技术的原理、影响因素及应用。方法：通过查阅国内外相关文献资料，进行总结。结果：超临界CO2萃取技术的主要影响因素有压力、温度、粒度和萃取时间等，该技术在医药等领域应用广泛。

| Abstract: | Objective:To review the principle and influencing factors of the supercritical CO2 extraction technology and its application.Method:We consulted the correlative information both domestic and abroad.Results:Supercritical CO2 extraction technology was mainly influenced by pressure,temperature,granularity and extraction time,and the technology was widely applied in the different medicinal fields. |
