| 摘 要： | 目的：总结应用前臂桡侧皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的经验。方法：对我科57例应用前臂桡侧皮瓣修复口腔颌面部各类缺损的病例进行临床分析。结果：前臂桡侧皮瓣具有许多符合口腔颌面部修复要求的优点，有多种用途和应用方法，修复效果满意，本组57例修复成功率98．2％。缺点是供区遗有疤痕，影响外观。结论：前臂桡侧皮瓣是一个多能优良皮瓣，适合于口腔颌面部各个解剖区域软组织缺损的修复。

| Abstract: | Objective:Summarizing experience of repairing oral and maxillofacial defects by radial forearm flap.Methods:The clinical records of 57 cases of radial forearm flap transfer for oral and maxillofacial reconstruction were summed up and analyzed.Results:Radial forearm flap has many advantages which accord with the demands of oral and maxillofacial reconstruction, with the overall success rate of 98.2%. It can be used for multiple purpose and by different application pathways.The postoperative effect is satisfactory.Conclusions:The radical forearm flap is a multifunction flap with good texture, suited to repairing various soft tissue defect in each oral and maxillofacial anatomic region. |
