摘    要:分析了压块玉米秸秆热值为13376~16720kJ/kg,燃烧率达90%以上,因此在垃圾焚烧炉的燃料掺烧中得到广泛应用;但由于秸秆的碱性金属特性明显,易造成焚烧炉的高温腐蚀和结渣堵灰,并提出了改进措施。

Abstract:Heat value of compressed corn stalk is 13 376~16 720 kJ/kg, and burning rate is more than 90%. So it is widely used in fuel mix-burning in waste incinerators. However, it can cause serious high temperature corrosion, slagging and clogging due to the obvious alkaline metal characteristics of stalk. Relative improving measures were put forward.
