乳腺癌的内分泌治疗及新进展

乳腺癌的内分泌治疗由于副作用小、缓解率高,现已被广大患者所接受,适用于长期治疗。近年来,国内外关于乳腺癌内分泌治疗的研究取得了飞速进展。新近对于雷洛昔芬及第3代芳香化酶抑制剂的研究较多。第3代芳香化酶抑制剂已成为绝经后乳腺癌的一线药物选择之一。本文就乳腺癌内分泌治疗的原理、方法、药物及其疗效比较、方法药物选择,与化疗、放疗的关系以及相关新进展简要综述。

Progresses about Endocrine Therapy of Breast Cancer

Endocrine therapy of breast cancer has been accepte d widely by patients because of its little side effects and high remission rate and is feasible to the therapy in long term.Studies about endocrine therapy of breast cancer had achieved great progresses in recent years.There are much more studies about raloxifene and the third generation arimedex at present.The third-gene ration aromatase inhibitors have become one of the first-line therapies of post menopausal breast cancer.This article reviews endocrine therapy of breast cancer about its principle,methods,drugs as well as their efficacy comparison,re lationship of selection of drugs or methods with radiotherapy and chems and related progresses.
