小儿肺热咳喘糖浆治疗小儿咳嗽的临床疗效观察

目的探讨小儿肺热咳喘糖浆治疗小儿咳嗽临床疗效及安全性。方法将2011年4月至2012年7月我院收治的96例咳嗽患儿分成观察组和对照组各48例,对照组给予消炎抗病毒药物及氨溴索止咳化痰,雾化吸入治疗,观察组在此基础上再给予中药小儿肺热咳喘糖浆治疗,观察两组的临床疗效,并进行对比分析。结果观察组的有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的91.67%(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺热咳喘糖浆具有清泄肺热、平喘止咳之功效,且费用低廉、安全有效,值得临床推广使用。

Observation of Pediatric Hot-lung Cough and Asthma Syrup on the Treatment of Infantile Cough

Objective Discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of pediatric hot-lung cough and asthma syrup on the treatment of infantile cough.Method Divide 96 cases of coughing children into the observation group(48 cases) and the control group(48 cases) who were hospitalized in our hospital from April 2011 to July 2012.The control group is given anti-inflammatory and anti-viral drugs and ambroxol relieving cough and reducing sputum as well as aerosol inhalation,while the control group is given pediatric hot-lung cough and asthma syrup additionally.Observe the clinical efficacy of both groups and make contrasted analysis.Result The efficient rate of the observation group is 100%,significantly higher than 91.67% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of clearing lung heat,relieving cough and reducing sputum,low prices and high safety,the pediatric hot-lung cough and asthma syrup is worth public clinical use.
