| 摘 要： | 肿瘤干细胞学说的提出及日渐成熟,使人们对肿瘤的认识有了突破性进展,同时肿瘤干细胞逐渐成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。肿瘤中存在极少量的与干细胞性质相似,具备极强的自我更新能力、多向分化潜能,并能够导致肿瘤组织产生的肿瘤干细胞。由于肿瘤干细胞含量非常低,快速、有效的分离方法是研究肿瘤干细胞的重要组成部分。现就近年来识别分离肿瘤干细胞的常用方法与技术进行综述。

| Abstract: | Along with the proposal and maturing of the cancer stem cells theory,the understanding and treatment of cancer has seen a great breakthrough,including that cancer stem cells could be a new target of the cancer treatment.Cancer stem cells,with similar properties of stem cells,have great self-renewal and differentiation potential,and initiate tumor tissue.The proportion of cancer stem cells in tumors is very low,so rapid and effective isolation of cancer stem cells is an important component of cancer stem cells research.Here is to make a review on current methods and techniques to detect and isolate cancer stem cells. |
