中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法将符合入选标准的78例患者随机分为两组。对照组39例,给予常规西药治疗;观察组39例在常规西药治疗基础上加用中药治疗。比较两组疗效和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为92.3%(36/39),对照组总有效率为69.2%(27/39),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组。观察组咳嗽消失时间(4.7±0.9)d,喘息消失时间(3.1±0.5)d,咳痰消失时间(3.9±0.5)d;对照组咳嗽消失时间(9.7±1.8)d,喘息消失时间(5.3±0.6)d,咳痰消失时间(8.8±0.4)d,经统计学分析,P<0.05,两组间差异有统计学意义。观察组不良反应发生率为10.3%(3/39),对照组不良反应发生率为5.1%(2/39),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎效果明显,建议在临床推广应用。

The efficacy evaluation of Integrative Medicine in treating Chronic bronchitis

Objective A clinical study was performed to determine the efficacy of integrative medicine in patients with Chronic bronchitis.Methods 78 patients were enrolled in this study.All the patients were randomized、volunteered to divide into two groups.The Experimental group was treated with western medicine and the control group was treated with integrative medicine.Then we followed up in long term for the efficacy and adverse reactions.Results The Experimental group ’s total effective rate is92.3%(36/39),the control group’s total effective rate is 69.2%(27/39),it had significant effect(P<0.05).The Experimental group’s cough disappeared time is 4.7±0.9 d,wheezing disappeared time is 3.1±0.5 d,expectoration disappeared time is 3.9±0.5 d;the control group’s cough disappeared time is 9.7±1.8 d,wheezing disappeared time is 5.3±0.6d,expectoration disappeared time is 8.8±0.4d,it had significant effect(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse effects of the Experimental group is 10.3%(3/39),The incidence of adverse effects of the control group is 5.1%(2/39),it don’t have significant effect(P>0.05).Conclusion Integrative Medicine is better than Western medicine alone in treating Chronic bronchitis.It worth more applications in clinical practice.
