| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of knowledge management in pharmaceutical department of hos-pitals.MEHTODS:Different models of knowledge management in the pharmaceutical department of our hospital were sum-marized in recent years.RESULTS:The knowledge management model in our pharmaceutical department has been shaped fundamentally.CONCLUSION:Coping capacity and creativity of pharmaceutical department have been strengthened by knowledge management. |
