某医学院学生HIV/AIDS知识·态度·行为

目的了解医学生对艾滋病知识的掌握情况以及相关行为和态度，为今后开展健康教育提供依据：方法自行设计艾滋病知识、态度、行为调查问卷，采用匿名方式对某医学院一～四年级468名在校学生进行调查。结果97．6％的学生知道艾滋病是一种传染病；85．2％的学生认为目前艾滋病不能治愈；68.8％的学生毕业后不愿意到收治艾滋病病人的科室工作；23．1％的学生认为自己处于感染艾滋病的危险之中；有6．6％的学生承认有过性行为：不同年级学生所掌握的艾滋病知识差异有显著性。结论在医学生中开展预防艾滋病健康教育是必要的，应将预防艾滋病健康教育作为医学生必修课程。

HIV/AIDS Related Knowledge, Attitude and Behaviors Among medical College Students

Objective To study the AIDS related knowledge, attitude and behavior among medical college students, and to provide basis for further health education. Methods An administered questionnaire, with the contents of AIDS knowledge, attitude and practice was eonducted among 468 medical college students anonymously. Results About 97.6% of them knew AIDS was one of the infectious diseases; 85.2% considered that AIDS could not be cured; 68.8% of them would not like to work in the department with AIDS patients; 23.1% of them thought they were in danger of AIDS. Approximately 6.6% admitted having had sexual behayiors. The differences of AIDS related knowledge were significantly among the students in different grades, Conclusion It is necessary to implement health education and lake AIDS health education as one of the compulsory course in medical students for medical college students.
