吡啶硫锌气雾剂治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效评价

摘    要:目的 评价吡啶硫锌气雾剂治疗银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法 寻常型银屑病共48例,吡啶硫锌气雾剂组24例,皮损区用吡啶硫锌气雾剂治疗4周;对照组24例,皮损区用羟基喜树碱软膏治疗4周,比较两组疗效。结果 吡啶硫锌气雾剂组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为70.8%,经Rdit分析,两组间差别无统计学意义,吡啶硫锌气雾剂的不良反应较轻。结论 吡啶硫锌气雾剂治疗银屑病是安全有效的。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of zinc pyritionate spray in the treatment of psoriasis vul-garis. Methods Forty-eight cases of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into zinc pyritionate spray-treated group ( n = 24, treated with topical zinc pyritionate spray for 4 weeks) and control group (n =24, treated with topical camptothecine ointment for 4 weeks). The effectiveness was compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the zinc pyritionate spray-treated group and control group was 87. 5 % and 70.8 % respectively with the difference being not significant ( P > 0.05 ). The side effects of zinc pyritionate spray were mild. Conclusion Zinc pyritionate spray is safe and effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
