| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠状动脉病变特点及介入治疗的近远期疗效。方法在2008年1月至2009年6月行冠状动脉介入治疗的患者中,入选141例患者,根据是否合并糖尿病（DM）分为DM组（38例）和非DM组（103例）。回顾性分析这些患者的临床及冠状动脉病变特点、即刻手术成功率和近远期主要心脏不良事件。结果与非DM组相比,DM组平均冠状动脉病变处数、长病变、分叉病变和多支病变发生率显著增高（P〈0.05）,两组之间的PC I操作成功率、临床成功率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但DM组支架内再狭窄、再次血运重建和主要不良心血管事件发生率高（P〈0.05）。结论糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠状动脉病变严重复杂,支架内再狭窄和远期心脏不良事件发生率较高,需强化血运重建术后管理。
