鹿属动物线粒体DNA序列测定的研究

摘    要:
 目的 通过DNA序列测定,寻找鹿属动物线粒体DNA的特异性片段,用于鹿类药材的鉴定。方法 对9种鹿属动物的线粒体DNA进行引物扩增和序列测定,并与牛科、马科的DNA序列进行比较。结果 找到了鹿属动物特异的DNA序列。结论 利用该序列可对鹿类药材进行真伪区分。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To search the segments of mtDNA of deer genus by sequencing and to identify the traditional Chinese medicine of deer.METHOD The segments of mtDNA of 9 samples of deer were amplified by PCR technique with common primes and sequenced by the DNA auto sequence machine.RESULTS Compared with the sequences of mtDNA of bovine and horse,the distinctive characteristics of sequences of deer genus were found.CONCLUSION This method appeared to be valuable for identifing the traditional Chinese medicine of deer.
