儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的危险因素分析

摘    要:目的探讨儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)区别于普通肺炎(非MPP)的临床危险因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷收集88例MPP和101例非MPP的资料,采用单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归方法筛选危险因素。结果年龄(OR=1.462)、IgM抗体阳性(OR=2.243)、结节影(OR=2.724)、磨玻璃样影(OR=3.369)、树芽征(OR=12.954)均为MPP发病的危险因素。结论肺炎支原体是儿童下呼吸道感染的重要病原体,与普通肺炎鉴别诊断时,早期考虑影像学检查结果,晚期可依据IgM抗体检测结果进一步确诊。

Risk factors of children pneumonia infected with mycoplasma pneumomiae

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical risk factors of children pneumonia infected with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae distinguishing from ordinary pneumonia. Methods With self-designed questionnaire collecting 88 cases data of MPP and 101 cases of non-MPP, then we adopted single factor and multiple factors non-conditional Logistic regression method to screen the risk factors. Results The risk factors of MPP included in age(OR=l.462), positive IgM antibody (0R=2.243), tubercle shadow ( OR =2.724 ), ground-glass shadow ( OR =3.369 ), tree-in-bud pulmonary ( OR = 12.954 ). Conclusion Mycoplasma Pneumoniae is the main pathogen of lower respiratory tract infection in children. In order to distinguish from ordinary pneumonia, we should consider imageology result in the early stage, and further make a definite diagnosis by IgM antibody result in the advanced stage.
