复方异丙托溴铵治疗支气管哮喘重度急性发作期的临床疗效

目的探讨复方异丙托溴铵治疗支气管哮喘重度急性发作期的临床疗效。方法选择2010年1月～2012年1月在我院治疗的支气管哮喘重度急性发作的患者54例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,两组均给予常规治疗,研究组采用复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,对照组采用沙丁胺醇雾化吸入,比较两组治疗后的生命体征、肺功能变化及症状缓解情况。结果治疗前后比较,两组各项生命体征指标、肺功能指标均显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗30 min和1 h后,研究组症状缓解的例数显著多于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);研究组咳嗽、喘息、胸闷消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入用于哮喘重度急性发作期治疗具有起效迅速、疗效好的优点。

Clinical efficacy of compound ipratropium bromide for severe asthma exacerbation

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of compound ipratropium bromide for severe asthma exacerbation. Methods Selected 54 cases with severe asthma exacerbation from Jan 2010 to Jan 2012 were divided into study group and control group. Study group was treated with compound ipratropium bromide based on conventional treatment, the control group was treated with salbutamol. Clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results Vital signs index, lung function index of two groups showed significant difference before and after treatment（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. After treatment of 30 min and 1 h, cases of symptom improvement of study group were more than control group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Cough, gasp , suppression of study group disappeared shorter than control group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Compound ipratropium bromide in treatment of severe asthma exacerbation shows rapid effects and better efficacy.
