依达拉奉联合血栓通注射液治疗48例急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的探讨依达拉奉联合血栓通注射液改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能和日常生活能力的临床疗效。方法随机将95例急性脑梗死患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予血栓通注射液静脉滴注,观察组给予依达拉奉和血栓通注射液静脉滴注,均治疗10 d为一疗程,3个疗程后对比两组治疗前后神经功能损害程度和日常生活能力改善情况。结果治疗15 d,组间NIHSS评分和ADL评分比较,P<0.01;治疗30 d,组间NIHSS评分和ADL评分比较,P<0.01;观察组总有效率91.67%,明显优于对照组(70.21%)(P<0.01)。结论依达拉奉联合血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,能够改善脑部组织的血液循环、清除脑内羟基基团和抑制脂质过氧化,从而促进神经功能恢复和提高日常生活活动能力。

Observation of curative effects of edaravone combined with Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of 48 patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of edaravone combined with Xueshuantong injection in improving the neurological function and daily living skills of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods All 95 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given the intravenous infusion of Xueshuantong injection while the observation group was given the intravenous infusion of edaravone and Xueshuantong injection. One treatment course consisted of 10 days. The improvement conditions of neurological function and daily living skills before and after the treatment were compared after three treatment courses. Results At the end of 15 days of treatment, between-group NIHSS scores and ADL scores were significantly different（P 〈 0.01）; At the end of 30 days of treatment, between-group NIHSS scores and ADL scores were significantly different （P 〈 0.01）. The total effective rate of the observation group（91.67%） was significantly superior to that （70.21%） of the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Edaravone combined with Xueshuantong injection have accurate curative effects in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction through improving the blood circulation in the brain, clearing the intracerebral hydroxyl groups and inhibiting lipid peroxidation, thereby contributing to the recovery of nerve function and improving the capacity of daily living activities.
