独活寄生汤合活络效灵丹治疗风湿性腰痛的临床分析

目的探讨独活寄生汤合活络效灵丹治疗风湿性腰痛的临床疗效。方法本实验选取2010年1月~2011年1月间来我院就诊的风湿性腰痛患者60例作为观察对象,将患者随机分为实验组和对照组两组,实验组给予独活寄生汤合活络效灵丹治疗,对照组仅给予独活寄生汤治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果临床治疗后,患者的各项临床症状均显著改善,实验组治愈人数显著多于对照组,且治疗有效率高于对照组,两组患者临床疗效指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤合活络效灵丹治疗风湿性腰痛能够显著缓解患者的疼痛症状,治疗效果较为理想,且安全性高、复发率低,因而具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical analysis of Duhuojisheng soup combined with Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar in treatment of rheumatic lumbago

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of Duhuojisheng soup combined with Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar in the treatment of rheumatic lumbago. Methods Sixty patients with rheumatic lumbago treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received Duhuojisheng soup combined with Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar while the control group only received Duhuojisheng soup. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the clinical treatment, all the clinical symptoms of patients significantly improved. The experimental group was higher than that in the control group in the number of cured patients and the effective rate. The indicators of clinical curative effects had significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It can be seen from the clinical experimental results that Duhuojisheng soup combined with Huoluoxiaoling cinnabar can significantly relieve patients＇ pain, has good treatment effects and shows higher treatment safety and lower recurrence rate in the treatment of rheumatic lumbago, thereby of high clinical application value.
