非胸腔镜辅助 Nuss 手术治疗先天性漏斗胸疗效观察

目的 总结非胸腔镜辅助微创漏斗胸矫形术（Nuss）治疗先天性漏斗胸的治疗效果.方法 选取2007～2010年间在非胸腔镜辅助下行Nuss手术治疗的27例先天性漏斗胸患者,其中男性17例,女性10例,年龄2～21岁,平均年龄12.6岁.术前Hailer（即胸部CT所测定胸廓最凹陷处左右径与前后径之比）指数为3.2～5.6,平均3.86.结果 全部患者顺利完成手术,无术中严重并发症发生,手术平均时间44 min,手术出血量均小于30 mL.结论 非胸腔镜辅助Nuss手术安全可行,并且不用进入胸腔操作,手术创伤更小,耗时短,微创效果更好.

Treatment Observation of Non-thoracoscope Nuss Treatment on Pectus Excavatum

Objective To review the non - thoracoscope Nuss treatment on pectus excavatum. Methods 27 patients with pectus exca- vatum were surgically corrected by non - thoracoscope Nuss from 2007 to 2010. There were 17 male patients and 10 female patients. The age was from 2 years old to 21 years old, with an average of 12.6 years old. The Hailer indexs were from 3.2 to 5.6 before the operation. Re- suits The operation in all patients had been performed successfully without any severe complications. The average time of operation was 44 minutes. The average bleeding volume during procedure was less than 30mL. Conclusion Non - thoracoscope Nuss is safe and effective. It is unnecessary to perform the procedure into thoracic cavity, so that there is less trauma and shorter time for the operation.
