胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补患者围术期的护理

目的 探讨胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补患者围术期护理方法.方法 将168例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补患者随机分为观察组和对照组各84例.观察组采取优化的围术期护理干预措施;对照组进行常规护理.结果 两组患者比较,观察组术后离床时间、进食时间、首次肠道排气时间、排便时间明显提前（P＜0.05）,并发症、住院时间及对饮食指导的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补患者采取优化的围术期护理方法,帮助患者正确选择术前术后饮食,有利于患者术后器官功能的恢复,减少住院时间和治疗费用,提高患者满意度.

Nursing of Patients with Gastroduodenal Ulcer Perforation Repair Perioperative Care

Objective To explore patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair through using perioperative nursing measures. Methods 168 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, with 84 patients in each group. The observation group used perioperative nursing care, and the control group used traditional routine nursing measures. Results Through comparing patients in the two groups, the bed time, eating time, postoperative first intestinal exhaust time, defecation time significantly advanced （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Complications, the length of time and the satisfaction of dietary guidelines were com- pared, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair the perioperative nursing in patients help patients select correct preoperative diet, the recovery of organ function of patients after operation, reduce hospitali- zation time and treatment cost, and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
