维拉帕米在急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用

目的探讨维拉帕米对急性胰腺炎患者的临床治疗效果,并分析其治疗机制。方法将我院2009-10～2012-09间150例急性胰腺炎患者按随机表法分组,每组患者75例。对照组患者常规给予感染预防及微循环改善治疗,研究组在对照组治疗方案基础上加用维拉帕米治疗,比较两组疗效。结果研究组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗后研究组患者血清促炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6水平较对照组改善效果更好,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论维拉帕米应用于临床对急性胰腺炎的治疗效果良好,其治疗机制与维拉帕米的钙离子拮抗、炎症反应抑制、胰腺微循环改善等作用相关。

Application of Verapamil in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of verapamil in the treatment in acute pancreatitis,and analyze its therapeutic mechanism. Methods Patients with acute pancreatitis from October,2009 to September,2012 were randomly distributed into two groups.Control group was given conventional infection prevention and microcirculation improved treatment,study group was given verapamil based on the treatment program of control group,and the efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The treatment efficacy rate of study group was significantly higher than control group（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment,serum proinflammatory cytokine TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 levels of study group improved better than control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Verapamil treating in acute pancreatitis has good results,and its mechanism is related with the role of calcium antagonist verapamil,inhibition of the inflammatory response,and pancreatic microcirculation improvement.
