超声刀与传统电刀甲状腺手术临床效果比较

目的比较超声刀与传统电刀在甲状腺手术中对患者喉返神经的保护作用。方法 104例患者采用超声刀行甲状腺手术（超声刀组）,108例采用传统电刀行甲状腺手术（传统电刀组）,对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间和喉返神经损伤并发症发生率。结果与传统电刀组相比,超声刀组手术时间、术中出血量均明显降低（P〈0.05）,其他方面均无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论超声刀行甲状腺手术可明显缩短患者手术时间,减少术中出血量,利于术者对喉返神经的辨认。

Comparison of Harmonic Scalpel and Conventional Electric Scalpel in Thyroid Surgery

Objective To compare recurrent laryngeal nerve protection of harmonic scalpel and conventional electric scalpel in thyroid surgery. Methods 104 cases used harmonic scalpel during thyroidectomy,while 108 cases used conventional electric scalpel. Operation time,intraoperative blood lose,drainage volume after operation,hospitalization time and the complication probability rate of recurrent laryngeal nerve damage were compared. Results Compared with the conventional group,the operating time,intraoperative bleeding in harmonic scalpel group were less（ P〈0. 05）,but there was no difference in other aspects（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Using harmonic scalpel can decrease operating time and reduce bleeding,and be helpful to identify laryngeal nerve.
