左旋肉碱对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者臂肌围的影响

目的评价应用左旋卡尼汀治疗的维持性血液透析（血透）患者的营养状况。方法采用随机、对照的研究方法，选择维持性血透患者66例，分为治疗组33例和对照组33例，每次透析结束后，治疗组静脉滴注左旋卡尼汀1g，对照组静脉滴注生理盐水2ml，连续3个月。结果治疗组干体质量、血红蛋白和上臂肌围值明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论左旋卡尼汀治疗的维持性血透患者营养状况明显优于未治疗者。

Effect of L-carnitine therapy on mid-arm muscle circumference of main tenance hemodialysis patients
