| 摘 要： | 在心力衰竭(HF)患者中心肾综合征(CRS)非常常见,其与预后不良有关。目前,CRS的发病机制尚不清楚。由于肾功能恶化和利尿剂抵抗,CRS的治疗更加困难。包括B型利钠肽、超滤、持续的呋塞米输注、加压素受体拮抗剂和腺苷受体拮抗剂等的综合治疗可能效果较好。CRS的发病机制和治疗还需要进一步的研究。 |

| Abstract: | The cardiorenal syndrome(CRS)is commom in patients with heart failure,and is associated with adverse clinical outcomes.The pathogenesis of cardiorenal syndrome is unclear until now.Because of worsening renal function and the development of diuretic resistence,the treatment for CRS is more difficult.The Combined Modality Therapies that involve B-type natrinretic peptide,ultrafiltration,continuous furosemide infusions,vasopressor antagonists,adenosione receptor antagonists and so on,maybe have better effect.Futher research into the mechanism and treatment of CRS is required. |
