| 摘 要： | 目的探讨思瑞康(富马酸喹硫平)与齐拉西酮对精神分裂症的临床疗效及其副作用。方法应用思瑞康与齐拉西酮进行对照研究,采用PANSS、TESS量表分别评定疗效和副反应。结果思瑞康与齐拉西酮疗效相似,思瑞康组显效率75%,齐拉西酮组显效率77.5%。结论思瑞康与齐拉西酮对精神分裂症均有较好的疗效,思瑞康在0.6g.d-1左右未见锥体外系副作用。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects and side effects of seroquel and ziprasidone for treating schizophrenia.METHORDS A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into seroquel group and ziprasidone group.The clinical effects and side effects were evaluated with PANSS and TESS.RESULTS Curative effects and side effects of seroquel were similar to those of ziprasidone.The effective rate of seroquel group and ziprasidone group were 75% and 77.5%,respectively.CONCLUSION Seroquel and ziprasidone both have better curative effects on schizophrenia. |
