| 摘 要： | 本文报告不同浓度苯妥英钠体外培养人外周血淋巴细胞微核及染色体研究结果。本组资料表明，微核率和染色体断裂频率在各加药组和对照组之间均有非常显著差异（ Ｐ＜０． ０１）。该结果提示苯妥英钠对细胞核遗传物质具有一定损伤作用。

| Abstract: | It reported the results of study on human peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus and chromosome cultured in vitro with different concentration of phenytoin sodium. It showed very significant difference in the rate of micronucleus and frequency of chromosome breakage between the adding medicine groups and the control group (P <0. 01). It suggests phenytoin sodium has some injury to caryon genetic material. |
