| 摘 要： | 采用前列腺素Ｅ１阴茎海绵体注射治疗４５例阴茎勃起障碍，对一组２０例病人夫妻协同进行性教育取得良好效果，比另一组单对男性性心理治疗的勃起能力和完成性生活有显著提高，两组治愈率有显著差异。

| Abstract: | Report 45 cases of impotence treated by intracavernous injection with prostaglandin E1(PGE1).Among the 45 patients,20 undertook cooperation-therapy between husband and the wife by sexual education,and the rest 25 undertook psychotherapy to the male only.The ability to erect and to complete intercourse wsa more obviously improved in the former group than latter.There is marked difference in the cure rates between the two groups |
