| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多功能腹膜检查针在疑难腹水病因诊断中的价值。方法用多功能腹膜检查针对96例疑难腹水患者进行活检、刷拭活检及活检、刷拭活检后的腹水细胞学检查。结果多功能腹膜检查针对疑难腹水的检查病因确诊率可达83.3%。结论多功能腹膜检查针对疑难腹水病因诊断具有较大的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective The value of the multifunctional peritoneal biopsy needle in diagnosing ascites with uncertain etiology.Methods The etiology of 96 patients with uncertain ascites were detected by the multifunctional peritoneal biopsy needle (MFBN) which includes such functions as biopsy, brush biopsy, and then cytological biopsy of their ascites sample.Results Of the 96 cases of ascites with uncertain etiology, 83.3% were diagnosed. Conclusion The multifunctional peritoneal biopsy needle has a better value in diagnosing the the etiology of uncertain ascites. |
