糖尿病患者硅油注入术后早期高眼压的因素分析

目的:探讨糖尿病患者行玻切联合硅油注入术后早期发生高眼压的危险因素。方法:监测65例(70眼)玻切联合硅油注入术的糖尿病患者的术后一周的眼压,观察术前术后全身情况及眼部情况对术后眼压的影响,采用多因素Logistic回归分析早期出现高眼压的原因,并给予相应的处理,观察眼压的变化。结果:糖尿病患者术后第一次出现高眼压在1～3 d,术前术后血糖水平、术中激光量、前房炎症反应对眼压有影响,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经对症治疗后患者出院时眼压均稳定在21 mmHg以下。结论:及时分析高眼压原因并给予对症治疗,控制高眼压发展,可挽救患者部分视力并提高患者的生活质量。

The factor analysis of intraocular pressure elevation of diabetics after silicone oil tamponade

Objective: To investigate the risk factors of intraocular pressure(IOP) elevation in diabetics who underwent vitrectomy surgery combined with silicone oil tamponade.Methods: Monitoring IOP within one week after surgery of 65 diabetics(70 eyes) who underwent vitrectomy surgery combined with silicone oil tamponade.Then observe the impact of the general condition and eye on the post-operative IOP.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the reasons for high IOP in early stage of post-operative,to give symptomatic treatment,and observe the change of IOP.Results: The first high intraocular pressure occurred in 1~3 days of postoperative.Preoperative and post-operative blood glucose levels,the number of scatter endolaser in surgery and anterior chamber inflammatory reaction after surgery impact on IOP.All of those are statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients' intraocular pressure keeps stably below 21mmHg after the symptomatic treatment.Conclusion: Timely analysis of IOP elevation,symptomatic treatment,and part of vision can be recovered and improve the life quality of diabetics.
