| 摘 要： | 目的：比较原位回肠新膀胱术和回肠膀胱术的临床疗效。方法：选择我科2002年至2007年行根治性膀胱切除术治疗膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌68例的患者资料,比较两组术中术后一般情况、近远期并发症、肿瘤复发情况。结果：两种术式仅手术时间（5.41±0.99h VS 4.51±1.28h）、住院时间（34.50±8.87d VS 21.24±8.99d）、术后尿瘘（37%VS 12%）等方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：原位回肠新膀胱术较回肠膀胱术虽早期并发症较多,但在根治性膀胱切除术中仍值得优先采用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To compare the clinical curative effect between orthotopic neobladder and bricker operation. Method： From 2002 to 2007,68 examples of radical eystectomy were used to cure bladder uroepithelium cancer, then studied the generral conditions, close and long - term complications and tumor recurrence between orthotopic neobladder and bricker operation. Result： Only the time of operation,length of stay and urinary fistula between two groups with significance difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Maybe orthotopic neobladder＇s early complication is more,it is a predominant technique for the treatment of bladder uroepithelium cancer. |
