| 摘 要： | 本文从对古今青风内障相关文献的整理分析入手,总结十一五青光眼重点专病各成员单位的治疗经验,探讨青风内障的治疗原则,认为青风内障多为虚实夹杂之证,实证主要为肝郁、血瘀、水停;虚证主要为肝肾两亏或气血不足。病位主要在肝、肾,其次在脾、肺。

| Abstract: | This article started with the analysis of the TCM treatment for Qingfengneizhang from the ancient and modern related literature,summing up the therapeutic experience of all the11th-five-year key research projects on glaucoma.The conclusion is that Qingfengneizhang intermingles deficiency and excess.Excess-syndrome is the stagnation of liver-qi,blood stasis or stagnant water.Deficiency-syndrome is deficiency of liver and kidney or shortage of blood and qi.The disordered viscera and bowels are liver,kidney,spleen and lung. |
