| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MMP-2,MMP-9在细胞外基质(ECM)降解和银屑病发病机理中的作用及意义。方法采用免疫组化ABC法检测银屑病患者皮损中MMP-2,MMP-9。结果银屑病皮损中既可检测到MMP-2,又可检测到MMP-9,而在正常皮肤则为阴性。结论MMP-2,MMP-9参与了银屑病的发病过程。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between MMP-2,MMP-9 extracellular martrix and their roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods Immunohistochemical technique-Avidin Biotin complex (ABC) was employed to detect MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the lesions of psoriasis.Results Both MMP-2,MMP-9 existed in the lesions ,was negative in normal skin.Conclusion MMP-2,MMP-9 might be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. |
