乳腺癌患者手术前后血清CA153、SF、TSGF检测的临床意义

目的：探讨乳腺癌患者治疗前后血清CA153、SF和TSGF水平的变化。方法：应用放免法检测31例乳腺癌患者血清CA153、SF含量，生化法测定TSGF含量，并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果：乳腺癌患者手术治疗前血清CA153、SF、TSGF含量非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0．01），手术治疗3个月则与正常人组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：检测乳腺癌患者血清CA153、SF和TSGF含量对临床诊断和预后观察具有重要的临床价值。

Clinical Significance of Changes of Serum CA153, SF and TSGF Levels After Operation in Patients with Breast Cancer

Objective To study changes of serum CA153, SF and TSGF levels after operation in patients with breast cancer. Methods Serum CA153, SF (with RIA) and TSGF (with biochemistry) levels were measured in 31 patients with breast cancer both before and 3 months after operation as well as in 35 controls. Results Before operation, in the patients the serum CA153, SF and TSGF levels were significantly higher than those in the controls (P<0.01). Three months after operation, the serum CA153, SF, TSGF levels dropped markedly and were not significantly different from those in controls (P>0.05). Conclusion Detction of serum CA153, SF and TSGF levels is valuble for the diagnosis and outcome prediction in patients with breast cancer.
