| 摘 要： | 探讨中等卫生学校医学人才的培养问题.方法:以现代教学思想为指导,实行启发式教学和研究性学习.结果:在实践中达到了事半功倍的教学效果.结论:教学一定要根据不同的教学对象,充分利用教学资源,以灵活多变的教学方式才能达到预期的教学目的. |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss how to cultivate medical talents in secondary health school. Methods Guided by the modern teaching idea we adopted enlightened and investigated methods in learning . Results Satisfactory results were achieved. Conclusion If we want to achieve anticipative aim in teaching we must adopt agile and various teaching methods according to our students. |
