| 摘 要： | 目的：总结烧伤皮肤再生技术在治疗大面积烧伤病人中的临床经验。方法：通过103例大面积烧伤患者规范全程应用MEBT／MEB0治疗，同时根据病情予以综合治疗，如并发症的防治，耕耘减压方法及无损伤性去除坏死层等。结果：103例患者全部治愈，深Ⅱ度、浅Ⅲ度烧伤在MEBT／MEBO治疗下自然愈合，功能基本正常。结论：MEBT／MEBO综合治疗大面积烧伤患者，疗效显著，预后好，值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up the clinical experience in treating large area burn patients with skin regenerative medical technolo- gy. Method: 103 cases of large area burn were treated in the whole course with MEBT/MEBO in association with comprehensive treatment, including measures for prevention and treatment of complications, ploughing therapy to reduce pressure and removal of necrotic layer tissue without causing further damage, etc. Result: All the patients were cured. Deep 2~(nd) degree and superficial 3~(rd) degree burn wound healed spon- taneously with normal function. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is very efficacious in treating large area burn and the prognosis is favorable. It is worthy to be popularized. |
