| 摘 要： | 目的探讨呼吸衰竭(Respiratory failure,RF)患者血清甲状腺激素水平的变化及临床意义。方法选择我院呼吸内科呼吸衰竭患者53例,其中急性组患者19例,慢性组34例,健康对照组50例。采用化学发光测定患者空腹血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、高灵敏度促甲状腺激素(hTSH)的水平。结果急、慢性组FT3、FT4间无显著性差异,但均低于正常对照组(P0.01);急性组hTSH明显低于慢性组和对照组(P0.01),而慢性组与对照组间无差异(P0.05)。结论呼吸衰竭患者可表现出甲状腺激素水平减低,甲状腺激素的测定对呼吸衰竭患者疾病的评估具有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the change and clinical significance of serum thyroid hormone in patients with respiratory failure. Methods There 53 patients with respiratory failure were investigated . There were 19 patients in acute group and 34 in chronic group. The level of free triiodothyronine(FT3),triiodothyronine(FT4)and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH)were detceted by chemoluminescence.
