冠状动脉旁路移植术后阿司匹林抵抗的研究进展

冠状动脉旁路移植术（CABG）在临床上已越来越普及,但如何降低术后静脉桥的血栓性狭窄一直是临床医师所寻求解决的难题。近年来有学者提出,CABG术后的阿司匹林抵抗可能是导致血栓性狭窄的原因之一,有关该方面的研究也逐渐增多。我们通过对阿司匹林抵抗的概念和评价标准、CABG术后阿司匹林抵抗的发生率、发生机制、临床意义和防治策略等有关研究进行总结、综述和评价,并对临床研究进行展望,旨在能增加对CABG术后阿司匹林抵抗的认识和科学优化术后抗血小板治疗,以降低术后移植血管再狭窄的发生率。
