A/N比值在诊断与治疗腺样体肥大中的临床价值

目的 探讨A/N比值在诊断腺样体肥大及评价其愈后的临床价值.方法 对52例单纯行鼻内镜下腺样体切除术的患者,术前采取常规标准鼻咽侧位,测得A/N比值,并记录该患儿术前的症状,追踪随访患儿术后的治疗效果.结果 0.6～0.8组和0.8～1.0组在憋气、憋醒症状的概率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在听力下降、涕多症状的概率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.0.6～0.8组治疗有效率为78.9%,0.8～1.0组治疗有效率为97.1%,不同A/N比值组别治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 A/N比值对于诊断腺样体肥大及评估腺样体手术愈后效果具有重要的临床意义.

The Clinical Value of A/N Ratio in Diagnosis and Curation of Adenoid Hypertrophy

Objectiue To approach the clinical value of A/N ratio in diagnosis and appreciation therapeutic efficacy of anenoid hypertrophy.Method Fifty-two children undergoing adenoidectomy were taken for lateral nasopharyngeal measured A/N ratio and described symptoms of preadenoidectomy and postadenoidectomy by parents. Results The difference of breathing obstruction, and awaking has statistical significance in different class of A/N ratio（P〈0.0J）;The difference of hearing loss and nasal discharge has no statistical significance in different classes ofA/N ratio（P〉0.05）.The difference of the healing effective power has statistical significance in different classes ofA/N ratio（P〈0.05）.Conclusion A/N ratio has clinical significance for diagnosis and evaluation therapeutic efficacy of adenoid hypertrophy.
