10年以上病程2型糖尿病患者生存质量及其影响因素的研究

目的 探讨影响2型糖尿病患者生存质量的因素,为提高患者生存质量提供依据.方法 对病程在10年以上的197例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,采用中国糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)对2型糖尿病患者生存质量进行评价,并采用多元Logistic逐步回归分析进行影响因素分析.结果 DSQL平均得分在不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度的2型糖尿病患者之间比较无显著差异;不同抑郁严重程度、不同病程、伴并发症不同数量的患者DSQL平均得分比较差异显著;影响2型糖尿病患者总体生存质量的影响因素为抑郁严重程度和并发症数量.结论 对2型糖尿病并发症患者应指导其积极治疗,对有抑郁情绪的患者进行心理指导,给患者更多的关怀,使其正确的对待糖尿病,改善不良情绪,提高生存质量.

Research about quality of life of type 2 diabetes patients with over 10-year course of disease and related factors

Objective In order to know the influence factors of quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes with long course of disease, and then carry out certain countermeasures to improve these patients'quality of life. Methods Interviewed 197 patients with type 2 diabetes with 10-year course of disease by questionnaire, and then evaluated their quality of life by DSQL, analyzed the data by Logis-tic. Results There was no significant difference of DSQL scores among patients with different gender, age, marital status and educational background. There were significant difference of DSQL scores among patients with different degree of depress, anxiety, course of diseases and complications, the influence factors of quality of life for patients with type 2 diabetes were depress degree and numbers of complica-tions. Conclusions Positive treatment should be used for patients with complications of type 2 diabetes, emotional guidance and more solicitude should be used for patients with depress, which can effective cor-rect patients' adverse behaviour, release their negative mood, and then improve their quality of life.
