椎管内良性肿瘤再次手术原因分析

目的 分析椎管内良性肿瘤再次手术的原因。方法 回顾十年来13例行二次以上手术的椎管内良性肿瘤的临床资料。结果 二次手术时发现肿瘤复发8例,残留3例,髓内囊肿1例,肿瘤漏诊1例;三次手术4例;四次手术1例;六次手术1例。治愈8例,好转2例,无变化1例,加重2例。结论 椎管内良性肿瘤再次手术的主要原因为肿瘤复发、残留、漏诊或疤痕粘连。对复发肿瘤早期诊断和再切除,将有助于提高椎管内良性肿瘤整体治愈水平。

Analysis of Causes of Reoperation for Intraspinal Benign Tumors

Objective To analyse the causes of reoperation for the intraspinal benign tumor. Method Clinical data of 13 patients who underwent more than one operation for the intraspinal benign tumors from 1988 to 1998 were studied retrospectively. Results Of the reoperated 13 cases, 8 had recurrent tumors, 3 remnant tumors, one postoperative cyst and one the tumor was left out before. Four patients underwent three operations, one four and another six. Most of the cases got good results after the reoperation. Conclusions The possible causes of reoperation were the recurrence, overlooking, remnant of the tumors and scar in the patients with intraspinal benign tumors. Early diagnosis of the tumors and microsurgical technique are helpful to the improving curative effect of reoperation on the patients with intraspinal benign tumors.
